Shipping Enquiries

Please note: For international orders please be aware of any additional import duties and/or taxes when they arrive. Please check the import fees you may be liable for before you place your order. Chupadoodles is not liable for import duties for fees.

How long does it take process orders?

  • Orders usually take 6-10 business days to process so please allow more time for a more accurate estimate. Apparel may take longer to process up to 2 weeks. Don’t worry an email will be sent out when your order has been shipped.

How long does shipping take?

  • Domestic Delivery (Australia): 3-10 business days
  • International Delivery: 2-8 weeks
  • Shipping time is the ordering processing time plus shipping time.

How is shipping calculated?

  • All products are individually weighed and measured, and shipping is automatically calculated based on the total weight of the order and size of the item.

  • If your order contains non-flat items like washi tapes, it is considered a parcel. This means your order will not be eligible for letter service.

  • If Chupadoodles is unable to send mail to your country, you will be contacted and given a full refund which takes a few business days to process.

What are your shipping prices? 

Shipping prices shown in Australian Dollar. 

  • Free Standard Shipping with Tracking (Australia): Orders over $80 
  • Free International Shipping with Tracking (International): Orders over $150

Shipping in Australia 

  • Standard & Express Shipping with Tracking (3-10 Business Days) - usually $8 to $20
  • Untracked Letter Mail (5 to 10 Business Days) - usually $2 to $6 for eligible items only

  • Free Shipping with Tracking (3 to 8 Weeks) - Spend over $150*
  • Standard or Express International Shipping with Tracking Offered (2 to 8 Weeks) - Prices are determined by the weight of your order (view Australia Post's Standard prices here).
  • Untracked Letter Mail (8 Weeks) - usually $2 to $20 for eligible items only
